Our evening venue was an ancient pub in the village of Worth Matravers - the "Square and Compass".
Serving fine ales and home brewed cider, it was a perfect Morris location.
Sadly the weather wasn't in our favour, and as we danced we could see the drizzle heading towards us from the sea.
Did that stop us?
No it didn't, neither did it discourage the hardy crowd of drinkers who sat outside to watch us, despite the rain.
As dusk fell we went inside for a pleasant evening of going ahead - and drinking.
Perry has become the new drink of choice for certain suave Little Egyptians. |
