Little Egypt On Tour: Norfolk 2007

- in which we reach Holt and perform our wedding dance -
- and return cheerfully to Cromer -

Back on the train we were soon at Holt where the "Holt Flyer" was waiting to take us into town.

First stop was The Feathers for another light - or not so light - lunch for most, while others were out buying shoes.

Mmmm Cr-u-n-ch-y!

The small square outside Byfords Bar looked to be the best spot for dancing, and so it proved with a big crowd to watch us and plenty of traffic to bring to a halt.

As we arrived once more at Holt Station, 34081 pulled in hauling a very smart "Blood and Custard" coach which contained a wedding party. A different wedding party.

Did we dance for them?

Yes we did - Getting Upstairs Quickly amongst others.

Sheringham seafront was our final destination of the day, where by chance we discovered a small beer festival was being held. Nice.

We danced again, ate our Fish 'n' Chips and wearily returned to Cromer.

We still had a wedding reception to dance at, and it was whites! Drinks all round at the Red Lion concluded a great day.

Our wedding ritual Don't worry. I'll make sure we get paid.
