Little Egypt in Ireland: 2005

The first group headed off to Cork and Clonakilty on the Tuesday. Rumours abound of golfing exploits, and there are even tales of strange affairs on horseback, but, so far, the airbrush of history seems to have been applied.

While waiting for the rest of the party to arrive, the advanced guard found a variety of "Little Egypt" things to do, such as:

demonstrating Good Hanky technique;

Promise, it's not been used ...

standing outside until after it was agreed whose round it was;

They must have agreed by now ...

miscalculating just how long a wig takes takes to dry after cleaning;

No one told me the time

losing count after the fourth pint;

		If I pretend not to have seen them, perhaps they'll miraculously refill of their own accord

and keeping the musicians waiting far too long while they decide which dance is next.

You hum it, I'll play it.

And so, on to Kenmare:
