Little Egypt in Ireland: 2005

Little Egypt's Mission to Take Morris to the World
developed apace in 2005, with another trip to Ireland.
This time, it was to County Kerry, between 31 May and 5 June.

 

The tour began, for some, via Cork, at Clonakilty  

 I do not understand the concept of 'pub' 

It picked up pace on Thursday, with an extended evening tour of the Ring of Beara, via Healy's Pass, to Allihies 

 Getting Uphill 

On Friday, we danced (in Horkey gear) at Bantry, before making a night of it at Sneem.

Saturday was spent close to our bases in Kenmare, where we danced, summoned up apparitions and dined in style. 

 Now: who really would wear a wicker creation on their head? 

While Sunday was for going home and beginning to reminisce. 

 Who's a sleepy rock god, then? 

Plus: a special feature on the leadership of Squire Neville 

 Mix me a horlicks, someone.
